Why Sheet Pan Gnocchi?

Sheet pan meals are the heroes of busy weeknights. They require minimal prep, fewer dishes, and no hovering over stove. With gnocchi, roasting instead of boiling not only eliminates a step, but it also creates a crispy-on-the-outside, tender-on-the-inside texture that’s simply irresistible.

Traditional gnocchi can sometimes get lost in heavy sauces, but this method allows it to shine alongside fresh veggies, aromatic seasonings, and a drizzle of olive oil. It’s the perfect way to turn a humble pack of store-bought gnocchi into something gourmet.
