Ingredients

2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup plain, vanilla, or strawberry kefir

1/4 cup milk of choice

1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips

A pinch of salt

Optional toppings: Sliced almonds, shredded coconut, or a drizzle of nut butter.


Instructions

Combine the ingredients: In a jar or airtight container, mix the rolled oats, kefir, milk, chia seeds, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
