Description

This simple and delicious smoothie bowl is an easy way to add extra fruit into your diet and a sure fire pleaser for the kids. For this recipe, you can use frozen acai packs or your frozen fruit of choice.

Ingredients

Frozen Acai or frozen fruit of choice

Liquid of choice (milk or plant based milk of choice recommended). We use almond milk in ours.

Fresh Strawberries (sliced)

Fresh Blueberries

Banana (sliced)

Granola

Honey

Instructions

Add frozen smoothie packs or frozen fruit to Vitamix or blender.

Add 1 cup of milk of choice with 1 tablespoon of honey.

Blend until desired consistency is achieved. You want to keep the mixture on the think side, so you may need to pulse your blender to achieve this result.

Once blending is complete, pour in to serving bowls and top with strawberries, blueberries, bananas, and granola.

Drizzle with honey or add your favorite topping as desired.

Enjoy!
