Description

If you want a side dish that bursts with flavor, brings warmth to the table, and keeps everyone coming back for seconds, you need to try my daughter Lily’s Spiced Sweet Potatoes. It’s become a go to favorite in our house! Nutrient rich sweet potatoes combined with savory spices makes a great addition to any meal.

Ingredients

Scale

3 medium fresh sweet potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil (or avocado oil for extra richness)

Chili Powder

Ginger Powder

Onion Powder

Paprika Powder

Cumin Powder

Garlic Powder

Sea salt and cracked black pepper

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into bite-sized chunks.

Toss them with olive oil, chili powder, ginger powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until every piece glistens with spice.

Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for about 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through. You’ll know they’re ready when the edges turn golden brown and caramelized.

Enjoy!
