Ingredients

Scale

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (homemade or store-bought)

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar

1 bunch of fresh basil

1 avocado

2 tablespoons minced garlic

2 tablespoons of honey

salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Prep the Ingredients: Wash and dry your basil thoroughly and then remove the leaves from the stems.

In a blender or Vitamix: add all ingredients.

Balance the Flavors: Taste your yogurt and decide if you’d like to add a touch more of honey or salt as needed.
