Ingredients
4 large leaves of kale
1 cup of baby kale
2 cosmic apples, cored and sliced
2 mandarin oranges, peeled
2 lemons, peeled
1 cup of coconut water (add more for a thinner consistency if desired)
Instructions
Prep Your Ingredients: Wash all your produce thoroughly. Core the apples, peel the mandarins and lemon, and remove any tough stems from the kale.
Juice Everything: If using a juicer, feed the kale, apples, mandarins, and lemon through the chute one at a time. Alternate between leafy greens and fruit for the best extraction.
Blend for a Fiber Boost: No juicer? No problem! Toss everything into a high-speed blender, add 1 cup of water, and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve if you prefer a pulp-free juice.
