Ingredients
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced in half)
3 tablespoons honey
Juice and zest of 3 limes
Red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup cooked rice (basmati or sushi rice)
14oz corn (canned or frozen)
4 avocados, sliced
Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, but highly recommended)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
