Description

These green juice wellness shots are a highly concentrated blend of leafy greens, herbs, and other nutrient-packed ingredients designed to give your body an instant health boost.


Ingredients

Scale

1 granny smith apple, chopped

5 celery stalks, chopped

2 lemons, peeled

1 medium cucumber

2 handfuls of baby spinach

1/2 a bunch of flat leaf parsley

3 cups of coconut water


Instructions

Chop the apple and celery stalks, peel the cucumber and cut into slices, and peel the lemons, and set aside

Remove the leaves from the parsley stems and set aside.

Place the apple, celery, cucumber, lemons, spinach, and parsley into a Vitamix or blender.

Pour the coconut water into the blender on top of all ingredients.

Blend until fully mixed.

Over a large bowl or pitcher, pour green blend into a nut milk bag or cheese cloth to strain the green juice from the pulp.

Pour strained juice into small 2oz to 4oz bottles.

Refrigerate and enjoy within 3 days.
