Wing Ingredients:

2 pounds chicken wings, split at the joint
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
1 tablespoon cornstarch (for extra crispiness)

Waffle Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Applesauce Ingredients

4 apples, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Sautéed Green Bean Ingredients

2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Optional Ingredients:

Maple syrup

Instructions

Instructions for the wings:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (or set your air fryer to 375°F).

Pat the wings dry and toss them with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne (if using), and cornstarch. If baking or air-frying, drizzle with olive oil and spread them in a single layer on a lined baking sheet or air fryer basket.

Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, or air-fry for 25 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally.
Once golden brown and crispy, drizzle with honey or maple syrup for a touch of sweetness.

 Instructions for the waffles:

Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease it.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just incorporated (don’t overmix!).

Pour batter into the waffle iron and cook according to your waffle maker’s instructions until golden brown.

Instructions for the homemade applesauce:

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Cover and cook for 15–20 minutes, then mash or blend to your preferred consistency.

Instructions for the green beans:

Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add green beans. Cook for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
