Description

These rotisserie chicken tacos are full of flavor and an easy weeknight favorite! Rotisserie chicken is topped with black beans, corn, fresh cherry tomatoes, red onion, green onion, and shredded cheese. Top with sour cream and a dash of your favorite hot sauce to jazz it up!

1 rotisserie chicken

12 tortillas (flour or corn)

2 cans of corn

2 cans of black beans

1 red onion

green onions, sliced thin

cherry tomatoes, quartered

shredded Mexican blend cheese (or cheese of choice)

sour cream (optional)


Instructions

Remove chicken meat from the bones and set aside.

Warm tortillas in the oven until lightly browned.
