Ingredients
1 medium orange
2 lemons
1/4 cup fresh turmeric
1/4 cup fresh ginger
2 tablespoons of honey
1/8 of a teaspoon of ground black pepper
1/4 of a teaspoon of cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
1 cup of coconut water
1 cup of pineapple juice
Instructions
Peel the orange and lemons and set aside.
Remove the skin on the turmeric and ginger with the edge of a spoon and then chop in to small pieces.
Add all ingredients into a Vitamix or blender and blend until smooth.
Over a large bowl or pitcher, pour green blend into a nut milk bag or cheese cloth to strain the green juice from the pulp.
Pour strained juice into small 2oz bottles.
Refrigerate and enjoy within 3 days.
