Healthy Honey Granola

Description

This delicious healthy honey granola recipe makes a great notorious breakfast. It’s loaded with protein and sweetness!


Ingredients

Scale

4 cups of rolled oats

1 cup of crushed almonds

1 cups of crushed walnuts

1 cup of pumpkin seeds

1/3 of a cup of avocado oil

1/2 a cup of honey

2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Transfer granola mixture onto the parchment paper and spread evenly.

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until golden brown.

Once baking in complete, let the granola cool completely before transferring to a jar or zip lock bag.

Enjoy for up to one month (if it lasts that long!).
