Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cup almond butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp ground cardamom

1 1/2 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup walnuts, almonds, or pecans (roughly chopped or crushed)

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom and mix well until smooth.

Add the oats, nuts, and pumpkin seeds. Mix well until evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet and spread until there is an even layer on the pan.
