Description
This Chimichurri sauce is loaded with herbs and flavor! It pairs perfectly with steak or even over eggs the next morning!
Ingredients
1 cup flat leaf parsley
1 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 cup diced red onion
3 tablespoons fresh oregano
3 cloves of garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup olive oil
Instructions
Remove the leaves from the stems of the parsley and cilantro.
Dice the red onion.
Add all ingredients to a food processor until smooth.
Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
